Upon arrival, the carer or fmaily member can either use a provided chipped card or fob to log themselves in quickly, or, record their name on screen. The time and date of arrival is automatically recorded.
You can remotely leave messages or instructions that appear as a rolling banner on screen that the next visitor will see when signing in.
When the carer has spent the required amount of time at the residence, they easily sign out by presenting their fob/card or on screen. This records their time out and how long they have spent at the residence.
Should the carer or resident want to leave any notes or messages, they can do so on screen. This will be recorded in the database and emailed or text to the designated persion.
