The ability to know who is on site at any given time is essential, esspecially in the event of an evacuation. Homes have a responsability to be able to call a fire register including visitors and staff on site.

Visitors sign in on screen providing a record and assurance that the security and wellbeing is a primary focus. Bespoke information can be displayed on screen whilst signing in and out, ensuring it is GDPR compliant.

Staff can be provided with a fob or printed ID card making it quick and easy to swipe in and out. The date and time is recorded automatically and cannot be altered on screen.

The screen can be used to not only sign staff and visitors on site but also provide the ability to view any additional information, making the screen a virtual reception. Many use the screen as a method for visitors to be able to provide optional feedback.

Multiple screens can be provided for different entrances/exits all matched to the same system. This enable staff or visitors to be able to enter through one part of the site and leave via another.
