Know When Your Loved One is Being Cared For
If your loved one has daily visits to their home to receive essential care and social interaction, it provides peace of mind to be able to see remotely who has been, what time they arrived and left.
It may be that you are paying for their care and expect a minimum amount of time spent with them. You want to ensure carers are not only attending when they are expected to, but also spending the right amount of time at the house. Carers can be put under enormous pressure to make a number of visits in the day and we all appreciate it can be extremely difficult to manage their time. Providing evidence is only beneficial for the carer and the customer to remove any doubt of time spent.
To be able to record other visitors and send notes direct to a designated person is also beneficial. This can be updates/notes or additional medication and shopping required.
